As a defensive player I have been bitching about this for years. I also think it is crap that all facemask calls are now 15 yarders. There use to be an incidental facemask that was only a 5 yard penalty (which was crap in its own right).

I agree. The argument was that the prior rule was a judgment call. Big deal. Usually it was an easy judgment to make. Grab and let go, 5 yards. Grab and twist, 15.

Just trying to say "the drop" was touched by 3 people so I wouldn't call it a drop by Cochart.

The throw to Cochart in the end zone was right below me. It was as good of a throw as a guy can make into double coverage (is there a good throw into double coverage?). Cochart briefly had it, but the defenders got their hands in there and got it out.
