If we win today and Southern Illinois wins today, we may see more attention at the start of the week in some national media. It's a great story about the new-kids on the block, complete with a unique team nickname and mascot, and a connection to another team with a similar story from last year: the Jackrabbit women's basketball team. There ought to be a headline: The Jackrabbits Have Arrived.
