Strongly believe redshirting is the way to go. Are these kids better at age 23 or 19? Takes time to learn a new system and many of these kids end up scout team players helping prep the starting O and D for the week ahead. Vital for the program

I feel other schools may be recruiting young players to become impact players right away. Maybe I am wrong in my assesment but very rare would we go with a Freshman unless we are limited by injuries or graduation or departures. I feel NDSU and maybe USD will be countin on using recruits to early to rely on. Maybe the experiece will pay off a few years down the road having players start early in their career. The way we have been getting better and better every year I am not worried. I think we have a solid core of recruits and trust the coaching staff. Untill we see a drop off in talent I would not be considered at all with the players the coaching staff goes with.

Marsh set several records, and has been a key cog in one of the elite high school programs in Nebraska for several years. That said, I don't think he stacks up with Sumner.

With the limited number of scholarships left and 2 QBs in the current class, I believe Marsh will either receive a scholarship from Kansas or will be a preferred walk-on with Nebraska.

I don't think he will be a jackrabbit, similar for the reasons you said. I've read and actually listened to Bronson on a radio show and the way I understand it is he either wants to go to Nebraska (probably as a safety or WR) or go somewhere else (probably-D-II) (NW Missouri St, or UNO) and play QB. The way it sounds is he would go to Nebraska if he could (he visited their last week), but his parents think he should take a scholarship somewhere, rather then walk-on at Nebraska. I haven't heard much on Kansas... but maybe they are coming in late.

It looks like Nebraska is recruiting him as an "athlete" with the option of playing QB.

I like the fact that he is versatile. From the Antelope Marauder Media guide - he played 3 games at LT, 3 games at C, and 2 games at RT during his freshman season. In high school he was a 246 lb. center.

I couldn't find much on Dominguez.

He was a first team all-conference for his JUCO team. He has teammates going to Iowa St, Michigan State, & Kansas State. I think O-Line is our biggest question mark going into next season so adding a JUCO with experience playing in a tough conference helps. At 280 it would be nice to see him add 10 lbs.

    From TV's recruit page:

Was a two-time all-conference pick in high school and junior college, playing three different positions as a freshman. Will move to Brookings in the summer.
