    Saw this post first before I looked at the Argus, so it mentally prepared me to not get my hopes up for anything I read today

          They got me at work today. Put a piece of tape with black marker over my mouse so it didn't move. Took me about 5 minutes of screwing around before I noticed the tape.

            Car and Driver has a proud tradition of April Fools’ Day jokes stretching back 30 years. We regret if this year’s went too far.
            I just heard about this one at work. The gag was that Obama ordered GM, Ford and Chrysler out of NASCAR as a condition to receive further government assistance, and that Hundai and Toyota would be the only manufacturers in NASCAR going forward. The backlash was so huge, they had to take the story off their website. First time in 30 years of running the April Fools gag.

                That was a good one. The inclusion of Ford should have been the give away.
