I always thought it would be a good idea for Nick's to have a window, or at least be open, when the bars close, like George's with their pizza window. They'd sell a lot of burgers.

They had their mobile burger unit outside Ray's all night last Hobo Day. I gave them enough business to ensure they'll be back for Hobo Day 2009.

they definetly would spark a lot of business, there is usually a line outside of Georges all night
