SIU and Missouri State are tied at 0 at the half. Coaches tell me that Missouri State is improving over the last few weeks. Will be another tough MVFC game next week.

Football is funny that way. I am no expert, but from talking to the coaching staff, there's so much of the game that is emotional and mental. You can have the greatest physical specimen in the world, but if he doesn't have the right mindset, he isn't going to be a player. I don't know how coaches keep their sanity.
