Maybe to make up for a missed extra point earlier in the game? Maybe good practice in game conditions if needed down the road in a closer game ...

speaking of going for two and all...did anybody think poly's fake extra point for two last week in the second half was a little classless? i must admit...the thought crossed my mind.

Just saying that you usually never go for 2 until at least the 4th quarter. There is so many different things and scoring combinations that can happen. That's usually the rule that is used probably 90% of the time

I agree. I thought that was odd, particularly when you're trying to gain some momentum.

Say the worst case happens and they end up scoring another touchdown, a field goal and then kick a game winning field goal to win 23-22. That's how coaches at major schools loose their job! Not a big deal or anything in this case but just my opinion.
