Didn't know until today I could vote 4 times though. I just voted five times and on the fifth time, it told me I had already voted 4 times...so it is keeping track.

Simple answer: No time. Many of these schools have media offices dedicated to providing stuff like that. SDSU has one overworked journalism professor.
