Re: Dakota Marker highlights on YouTube
By the way, I put Bison fans' whining about the phantom block-in-the-back on Aanonson's return to rest using video and images. Here's my post:

The images are here:

You'll see there's plenty of daylight and their guy just trips over his own feet and falls into Aanonson. No block in the back.Holy nutmeg!

He also got absolutely lit up by Cole Brodie. If only he would have gotten there about 2 seconds later!"The purpose of life is not to be happy - but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all."

Of course, if you read the Bison board this was totally due to their lack of execution and not anything to do with our RB's abilities. They would never take a "prancing RB like Koenig" over a man like Tyler Roehl."I'd like to thank the good Lord for making me a Yankee." - Joe D.

Oh ... thanks for the highlights, by the way. I've loved them. This edition, though ... the music ... sounds like ... well, porno music. I know the free choices are limited and all, so this isn't a formal complaint. But I think my roommate wondered what the hell I was watching on my computer.Grumbling along and embracing my role. If I didn't care, I wouldn't care. Go Jacks!

Re: Dakota Marker highlights on YouTube
Thanks Jimmy Jack for the good work. The highlights are helpful. I keep looking for No 8 of NDSU on the replays. He seems to be in many plays being the quick middle line backer, but some times Koenig and Minnett both left him in the dust. No 8 is the Joe Mays, who has been a solid part of the Bison Defense for four years. I think this guy has a shot at the NFL.
Wow, this clip does keep your feelings at a high level and will for a long time. I think back to the NDSU-SDSU mid 80's games, and the opposite of Saturday's game seem to happen to SDSU. Shudder, when I think of that veer option NDSU used back then. SDSU could not stop it, and now NDSU seem to be using some of Stig's game plan. Apparently they try basic plays that can be executed. Curious to see what happens next year in the Fabulous FargoDome. SDSU need to start handling out noise makers as that is one way to counter the racket by those goofy buffalo sounding horns we heard Saturday.

On Koenig's run if the Bison DB would have went low or wrapped instead of delivering a shoulder he maybe would have stopped him.
