The tickets sales are crazy...We have a seven-game home schedule and for every game it looks like either a sellout or a crowd of at least 15,000. Tickets go on sale to the public Tuesday, Aug 5.

I have 4 season tix and picked up 4 more single seats for the Drake Game. The X account Green Dot Watch* monitors ticket sales. Last night they listed 65 available for the Drake game. I went online this morning to pick up 4 and Green Dot wasn't kidding. No tickets available on the west side. I wanted 4 in a row and the best I could do was Sec. 123, Row 26. I'm not complaining: Those are good seats because of the size of the stadium but I couldn't find four in a row between the 10 yd lines.

The Drake game is Beef Bowl which in recent years has been a sellout.

The season opener against Sacramento State is going to be a good game. Green Dot indicated last night 3,247 seats available. That game should be a sellout -- quality opponent challenging the new-look Jacks.

The NDSU (Marker) game had only 2,674 available as of last night according to Green Dot.

According to Green Dot, the Nov 15 game vs Illinois State -- last regular season game before we start the march to the National Title game -- has about 4300 tickets available in the 19,340 capacity stadium!

I suppose the visiting team allotment is taken into account in determining available seats. I'm guess but Drake must have an allotment of 500 seats which if not acquired through the Drake ticket office, probably get opened up to the public a week or 10 days before the game.

*I avoid X but my wife tells me about Green Dot.

As noted by MitchellRabbit at the start of this topic, season ticket holders and Jackrabbit Club members can buy single season tickets NOW. Don't spend time trying to figure out whether you have a Promo Code. You don't need one if you have season tickets or are a member of the Jackrabbit Club. Just log into your account and start buying tickets.

I try to avoid almost everything green and sports-related, unless they're selling mint-chocolate chip SDSU ice cream.

Hopefully we can get the Marker Game sold out before more Bison fans can buy with general public (I'm conceding that we'll still have to deal with some strategic Ungulates who have Jacks season tickets just for that game)
