Sam Herder on Hero Sports, wrote about regular season attendance figures for FCS programs. SDSU is #6 with an average of 18,504 (the DJD posted capacity is 19,340). I think we sold out 5 of 6 regular season games.

Don't complain about the USD attendance number, because we had open seats at the USD game and people left early (purple font). I find it funny that they get annoyed when we bring up attendance, when we have literally had articles written in the newspaper about our low attendance in the past. I would love to see how high our number could have gotten if we could have sold unlimited tickets to the Augie, USD, and Hobo Day games.

When the Dana was being built and first opened there was ink spilled on how it was too large and would rarely, if ever, be filled. Times change.

I'm not saying it is too small currently, I am just curious many tickets we would have sold for those three games if there were no limit.
