and my point was that i VERY MUCH doubt that the Jacks thought they were in "big trouble."

EVERY team we play is gonna come out swinging for the fences. beyond that I think Jimmy does not mind having a couple reasons to tell guys that they can NEVER take anything for granted and remember to play every play like the LAST PLAY

honestly, I dont understand why UND stopped throwing the short pass on 1st down. EVERY team should do that against us. i am not saying we play bad against that, but that is always the thing we are willing to give up. it has been that way for 25 years.

the OC and the QB and... far too many things considering everything this team has done

of course i am positive BOTH Jimmy and the players are frustrated with missed tackle and the fact it lead to a long TD, BUT literally when is the last time we gave up a run of 50 yards? or any play over 50? one maybe two big plays a year... probably not too bad

I mean it does seem that they stopped calling direct snaps to Amar and not using him in the Chase Mason role like they did in the beginning of the game
