The Jacks are due for a year of relative stability with its young coaching staff. There has been a lot of turnover the past few years with other programs raiding the staff in search of improvement.

Taylor Lucas joining the staff as an assistant offensive line coach per his twitter (position in bio section)
his Wyoming page - he spent two years there as an offensive graduate assistant. He was previously the OC and OLine coach at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, a d3 school. He was a four year starter there on the offensive line from 2012-2015.
