Decided to head over to DJD to watch the Govs-Bobcats game last night. Anyone know if Will Conrad, Bobcat RB/DB, is on Jacks' radar?

He was impressive last night, and I could see him following in Tucker Large's footsteps, if he's considering playing football in college.

Looks like Jacks got another commit from Ben Brooks out of Madison SD. 6'9 TE!

That should mean that some of the players that FCS schools lost to preferred walk-on opportunities at bigger programs will no longer have those options.

But now schools can offer up to 105 full scholarships, 20 more than previous (and can offer partials, up to a roster limit of 105). With few exceptions, PWOs weren't getting NIL.

Yeah, FCS teams that are used to developing young players are likely going to be forced to did into the portal more than they did previously as the quality of freshman recruits will be thinner. Seems like the way of the future unfortunately.

Looks like we need to add Evan McCarty OL from Wayzata High School to our 2025 commit list.

Devine didn't list us in his "offers" on a graphic he posted recently but still had our offer tweet on his profile. I'm guessing it could be a similar situation and he was told there was no longer a scholarship available.

RJ Collins earned a K-State offer after a strong showing at their camp. He didn't an interview where he said K-State is the front runner but he is considering NDSU and Delaware. I really liked him and he had a VIP visit scheduled but deleted the tweet after we got verbal commitments from 3 CBs in 24 hours (Green, Wright, and Sorrell). I'm guessing there just wasn't room for him anymore.

I saw that Ren Brown is committing tomorrow (6/28). I'd expect Texas Tech but K-State has come in with that late offer.

Coach Olson posted a #605Hogs GIF yesterday so it is either Hach, Janssen or Wagner if it is a known offer. Any of the 3 would be great additions to the class!
I didn't see anything in his twitter that he had received an offer. However he was listed as an offer on 247 so what you indicated could have happened or maybe 247 just had it wrong. But I included him since they had him listed in an effort to be thorough. People can choose to not included this in the SDSU versus NDSU recruiting battle if they so choose!

Wow. This looks like a great commit. 6-4, 290 and highly regarded in both wrestling and football. Another great get for 2025!

Are we at or near the end of the first wave of commits that wanted to commit early and be done with the process ?
