New roster up. Did we lose Quarterback Kaden Brown from Texas as he is not listed on the roster?

Hopefully whatever the reason is, it is fixable. Would be a major loss.

I'm sure Mark Gronowski being a junior and Chase Mason potential along with the other quarterbacks on the roster played a role.

You would think that the Texas 5A offensive POY wouldn't be intimidated by some competition. Especially before fall camp has even officially begun.

Agree with this. Not like that QB situation changed since he committed this past year and I'm guessing hasn't even been on campus (much, if any) to compete with the QBs in the room yet. After a redshirt year for him, Gronowski and Mason would be a Senior and Junior respectively so wouldn't be blocking his path to playing during his time at SDSU. Odd that we lost him.

Not starting rumors or anything, this is just a possible assumption, but the big boys already came after our TE last year, what is to say they won't try to come after our QB as well. He already won a natty and have a great shot at another, could he be tempted for a shot at a bigger school, big NIL $, and a higher NFL pick? Maybe, but that can also have future affect in the QB room and who is next in line.

Looked up Brown's Twitter page, and no indication that he is going anywhere else. No activity at all in the last month. Still followed by Rogers, Bobbit and Lujan.

Heard he has had a nagging injury that still bothered him, which made him step away. Sounds like he's done playing football for good. Was only on campus for a few days. Good thing that room is full. Also with the recruit out of Dells next year. Never good to have guys leave right away, but I think we'll be okay.
