And it's not going great... Right now I'd say its barely 50% sold and student turnout has apparently been way down this season. Sounds like a large contingent of Jackrabbit fans going too.

The TicketSmarter for the game indicate 188 tickets remaining. It is too late to call the UNI ticket office. The student areas are not likely in that choice.
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

You may want to actually check the seat map. Maybe 188 tickets left in a certain section. It’s half empty.

For those of you not on Twitter here are some interested stats I dug up.
- In the last 10 years, SDSU has 6 wins and UNI has 6 wins (they've split in their playoff matchups)
-SDSU has scored 279 points in those 12 games, UNI has scored 273
-Average margin of victory in these games is 12
-SDSU is +.83 in turnover margin in their victories -UNI is +1.333 in turnover margin their victories
-SDSU has only won 1 game with a negative TO margin (spring 2021) -UNI has never won with a negative TO margin
Looks like we have to give them a lot of turnovers then, and they rely more on turnovers than we do to win...have to score 12 more points than them. I know this sounds simplistic, just satisfying the stats
Total UNI dome capacity is advertised as 16,324. Per the UNI Athletics website, the max attendance record is 17,190, set in 2009 against Southern Illinois. In 2007, they averaged 16,118 fans/game when they went 11-0 (beating Iowa State, SDSU, and ranked Western Illinois along the way), finishing the regular season ranked #1. Back then it was a 16-team bracket, only seeds 1-4, and no byes for anyone. They snuck past New Hampshire 38-35 before getting ousted by Delaware in round 2, 39-27. Delaware then beat #4 SIU 20-17, before getting walloped by App State in the championship game 49-21. Crazy the changes 15-years can make.
Anyway - back to this game... because I'm a glutton for punishment, I now know that according to the dots on their ticket website, they've sold 7,683 tickets of a possible 13,721 (6,038 remaining for those of you with ill-feelings towards math). Band/student section accounts for 2,144 seats.
They drew 8818 this year against #7 Sac State, 6813 against ISU-blue, 9306 against ISU-red, 6942 against Utah Tech (the school formerly known as Dixie State), and 8809 against Missouri State.... average of 8,137.
The Jacks are going into this game hobbled but probably as healthy as can be expected, given all the serious injuries suffered to date. Hopefully there will be no more major setbacks on the health front before or during this game. Bye week is still two games away. The Jacks need to win this one to wrap up the conference title. I think they'll do it.
I hope they prove this wrong, but I’m guessing we’ll need at least 30 points to win this one. Holding that offense to less (given our linebacker status) would be impressive. They can definitely move the ball.
