Wouldn't this have been a nice week for a bye....

Taking a beat up team on the road to play a top-5 team (especially one with a superstar mobile QB) definitely has me keeping expectations in check. Though a few weeks ago this one felt like a "should win" now it's become a chance for a "big win".

I’m seeing a lot of people picking Missouri State. Which is understandable. But I’m riding with my man Mark Gronowski leading the Jacks to a huge win. Jacks 31-27! GBGBGJ

I think I'd prefer the bye after 'Yotes and before Bison. Regardless, the end-of-regular-season bye leaves much to be desired.

The issue then is if you get a seed, you would have two weeks off before the first playoff game

Will this one be on TV anywhere?

Yeah, I shuddered when the schedule was released for that reason. Now, my pro-Jacks bias has me believing Jacks win tomorrow and are able to navigate the NDSU & UNI gauntlet.

It'd also be interesting to see how that lag between games may affect attendance for home playoff game(s).

Still baffles me that ESPN insists on separating ESPN+ and ESPN3.

Watch party at Shenanigans in SF.

BOLO for 'Yotes & Bison fans -- I went to Shenanigans for prior "watch party" and some dang Bison fan insisted on going and cheering on the Ungulates amid a sea of Jacks fans

Right, you'd figure they'd want to maximize the ESPN+ content to compel folks to subscribe to that rather than allowing ESPN3 viewers to watch without paying ESPN for access.

                          ESPN3 ALWAYS makes me cringe

i feel like the quality is greatly inferior to ESPN+

but maybe that is just my general technological ineptitude

I haven't been able to watch at all.

ESPN points a finger at DirecTV Stream.

i was actually able to watch today)))) but i have been in your shoes plenty

i feel like the so called conference game of the week gets put on the WORST outlet. truly i hate it every time i see ESPN3

also, is it just me?? or is the ESPN3 broadcast way way behind the actual game?? well over 30 seconds? maybe significantly more? or like i said maybe i am wrong or messed up the tech somehow

but if it is a big delay, I really hate that! i mean technically i am NO LONGER watching a live game. i am cheering for the jacks to make plays that have already happened

Guessing you've tried watching online via WatchESPN with DirectTV as your verified provider?
