Matt said it would be interesting to see how we use him in the run game, and I could not agree more.

Interesting, no TD's scored by either team, just FG's and safeties , again, we were always playing closer to our goal line, resulting in two safeties for them to zero for us, that's the only difference, so field position and kicking played a huge role today. Not many games you lose by two safeties only.

Probably the most borning game of football in the last 60 years. 2 safeties is all it took to win. Defense was solid, but both teams basically had the same offesne. Not that lujan cant get better but if we had eck and his style of play calling we probably win."The most rewarding things you do in life, are often the ones that look like they cannot be done.” Arnold Palmer

The offense looks like a luke meadows offense from many years ago. We would stack the line and shift the wr in and its like no **** we are trying to run up the middle. Iowa is smart enough to figure that out. Ugh
Whats the injury situation. Thats my biggest concern."The most rewarding things you do in life, are often the ones that look like they cannot be done.” Arnold Palmer

Im willing to cut Lujan slack for this game. Being without Kraft, constantly inside our own 15, and all the class starts, that’s a tough situation for a play caller. I would have liked to see a little bit more deep ****s throughout the 4th, because what did we have to lose at that point. I’ll wait til the Davis game to make a judgement on his play calling.
