SDSU Marching Band

Does anyone know if SDSU is bringing their Marching Band to the Fargodome this saturday?.
They are the best!!

Its possible but not likely. They had a huge cost of going to the Rose bowl Parade., but I dont know if they got travel funds to go up the road 180 miles. I think they could add to the sounds of the Fargodome.

Yes, The 370 member Pride of The Dakotas Marching Band will be making the trip up to Fargo this weekend.

I've always had the opinion that the Pride was not only D1 quality, but blew most Big 10 bands out of the water. The Drumline has always been awsome, especially at halftime of basketball games.

They (THE PRIDE) are better than any SEC band I have watched-which is most of them.

The sad part as far as I am concern is that some people come to the SDSU home football games to watch the Pride and the football is kind of half time entertainment. We need to at least get both organizations on even par with the fans.

NDSU band was quality more than our SDSU quanity. I thought they were a good band. It takes some one like James McKinney to build it up to 370 members and I am not sure how he has done that. The band does get a bunch of donations from alumni and friends
