The Dopke poll is out, they have the GWFC teams ranked this way:

30 Cal Poly, Mustangs program is on as solid footing as ever and ready to make a move.
32 UNC, No doubt the Bears have ability on offense, but replacing a void on defense is key.
51 UC-Davis, There are plenty of holes to fill, but the Aggies always seem to be able to fill 'em!
53 NDSU, Bison have plenty of work to do in filling some major voids on defense.
59 SDSU, Jacks are loaded on offense, but have plenty of work cut out on defense.
79 Southern Utah
They also wrote this about the Great West:
Welcome to one of the most exciting conferences in college football. If you don't recognize the name, its because the Great West is beginning its first year in existence. Pulling the cream of the Division II with a pair of hardened indies, the Great West should not be taken lightly. . . . South Dakota State may make the biggest surprise splash of all. Brad Nelson is a fantastic quarterback that nobody outside of D-II has heard of. He also has the receivers to keep the offense moving.
Good stuff, Go State! ;D
