I am new to the boards. I am a recent former Jackrabbit player and just found this site. I am excited about the D-I move, and am glad this site is out there.

Welcome its good to have you aboard. Surely you will have some insights once the season gets rolling. Most of the people on this board are excited too about the move to D1. What years did you play?

I was there during the Ranek years, so I have been out a couple years and a lot has changed. I still know quite a few of the current players and I keep in touch with coach Stig. From some of the threads I have read, there are a lot of fans that are more "in the loop" than I am, but I am hoping I can provide a different perspective on some things since I am not that far removed from living it.
