54-10 would be a good score but hope you're light on the attendance estimate. I know it is late in the year but 9,250 would be the one of the smaller crowds for HOBO DAY in some time.
It will be interesting to see how Augie performs in this Saturday's game. They have went through the round robin of the NCC, six games without a win. We best not blow this game. I can hear horse laughs and nay sayers already. Here is the game results from the Augustana offical website. Its strange that attendence is hidden and not for public information, apparently.

I want to add a comment after looking at the scoring by quarters,. Augie has yet to score in the fourth quarter in the NCC except for the UNO game and sometimes not in the third. I understand they are a young team and that may explain the scoring in the NCC games, but it appears, the offense that Augie uses is picked apart and stopped in the first half. Lets hope the Jacks can do the same.
I think the key to this weeks game is emotion. No matter how hard the team tries, getting humiliated 63-7 and having everyone write about that humiliation in the local papers sticks in the head. That is our first obstacle. Good teams (which I know we are) use that humiliation as ammunition against their next team.
The second obstacle is that Augie is going to be more fired up for this game than any other game in their last 5 seasons. That's no secret. They may only have one win all year, but if they beat SDSU then all the doubters remember them for the team that brought SDSU off of their high horses. Not a pretty image for Jacks fans. That being said, I think a strong first quarter where our Defense pounds the tar out of them and we score a couple of quick TDs will completely extinguish any fire within the Augie players.
My prediction is that this team is a good as we all think it is. The team that we believe in is a team that will absolutely steam roll Augie. I predict the Jacks use all of their pent up emotions from the last couple of losses, couple that with the usual hatred for Augie, couple that with the desire to prove to the state that SDSU is the best team in the state and is thriving at D-1 and the Jacks absolutely destroy Augie this week.
SDSU- 48

If Augie scores this week it's against our third stringers.
GO JACKS!

I think Milwaukee is exactly right here. The coaches have to prepare the team emotionally this week. There is no doubt who the superior team is from a physical and execution standpoint. That being said, the loss last weekend could be a devastating one if it effects the mental psyche of our players or coaches. I suspect Stig can overcome this. Wish I could make it back but I have to work all weekend. Hope I can listen to part of the game via the internet.

Late TD against our 3rd string.
