I don't know why some of you are giving Valpo so much credit as to score any points vs. SDSU. ??? Even with the two's in on defense, Valpo never made it to the 50 yard line against NDSU last year.

Jacks roll 52-0.
We did give up a defensive TD to Wisc-Lacrosse last week, and our defense didn't look sharp. I guess many of us expect Valpo (a D1AA team with no scholarships) to be at least as good as a DIII team with no scholarships. It'll be a no-doubter.
I believe Wisconsin LaCrosse would be able to handle Valpo.
The good thing about this game is the second and third string got to play a great deal. Berry the Watertown kid is the real deal at QB, scores on a boot run. Besides passing, he can run. Burkhart looked good also so this was a game for the developing players.
a little over 7,000 I believe. Just got home from the game. They played really well. One thing I didn't like, was when it was 62-6 in the 4th quarter, and they kicked an onside kick and recovered it(not really a onside, more of a pooch kick, but it was clearly a called play). I really don't like that. There was no need for it at that time. If they wanted to try it out at some time, it should have been done earlier in the game.
Parker Douglas has a great leg, and was just wide right on a 54 yard field goal - Stig said after the game he has no doubt that he'll end up with the longest field goal record by the end of his playing days
