Kansas City Chiefs sign contracts with nine
players

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City Chiefs have signed contracts with nine players, team president Carl Peterson announced Wednesday.
The players all agreed to two-year contracts, but additional terms of the deals with the Chiefs were not disclosed.

Safety Scott Connot spent this season on the Chiefs practice squad, where he also played for 11 weeks in 2004. The Spencer, Neb., native is a former three-year starter for . . . South Dakota State, where he appeared in 34 games. . . .

Thats great, I have to admit that I was nervous after the retirement of Vermeil that he might have a hard time getting back on the team. After the year he had in NFL Europe he deserves to be there, but its always a tough call.

my boy got picked up again, sweet...Herm is a great guy plus he is a former DB and DB coach so he is experienced to know when talent is there and with Scott it is there!
