See, I knew we agreed on things. Those 3 things (although D and Kardoes would be 1-2 for me) are the things I think we need to see the most improvement on to really make the leap this year. I'd also throw in that I am anxious to see how our O-line looks. It's almost taken for granted that we will run like we did last year when alot of our O-line is new. Things to look for: 1) size of holes we open against a weak d-line and 2) aggresiveness down field by the O-line willing to make the extra block. Since I'll be listening via internet, I'll be relying on those in attendance for a report.
MJA has been right on the money. Defense has disappointed. Kardoes should be done. O-line is not opening any holes.
Another problem for MJA, no internet broadcast.
Jacks get a break on 3rd down and will get the ball back.

For some reason Kardoes is still in the game and on his first pass attempt promptly under throws his receiver and is intercepted. Stig seems to be choking right along with his team. Not trying to be too harsh but this is unacceptable. Get Berry in the game, run the ball and throw some quick passes. Berry can make the necessary reads much better than Kardoes.
UWL moving the ball across midfield now. Able to run and pass now.

Even if we pull out a win tonight, the performance thus far is very concerning.
Berry is in the game, finally. We should see the offense start to move better now. Berry just makes better reads and thats what we need tonight. Athleticism is neutralized on this sloppy field.
Well, Berry fumbles the damn snap. Good golly what gives? Stig doesn't have these guys ready to play.
Incomplete on 2nd down.
3 and out. I don't think I can stomach much more.

So much for that high level of football that is supposed to be played at the D1AA level, or maybe it's that the Jacks just don't have a D1AA caliber football team. It's OK though because LaCross is a good team so a loss in this game would be OK. The Jacks should be able to lineup and just whip LaCross at the line of scrimmage and run all over them. I mean those D1AA athletes are superior. ;D
