That would also be national championships in 86, 88, and 90.
Since when are high school juniors and seniors 22 years old?? You do realize thats its 2007 right?
2006-1990 = 16 years.
I'm not saying that the NDSU tradition isn't helpful to you guys in recruiting. But I don't think your championship from 16 years ago is remembered by any of the kids on your wish list.

I was talking about the seniors on NDSU's team from SD.

If it worked in 2003, what has changed since then to make the 2007 seniors go "oh yeah...SDSU...hmm..."?

Give it up already.
We lost a couple guys to NDSU for what ever reason. Buckwalter and Frick, good players, but it's not like we don't have good players just as good on both sides of the ball.
You guys have had a better tradition and you have better facilities. What more do you want said? Enough already, if you're fishing for something else, just come out and say it or drop it.
Well, my only point was that SDSU and USD seem to more than be closing the football gap on NDSU and UND. I don't think as many more SD high school players will be defecting.
You're the one who is driving this other tangent about how SDSU fans are insecure about their school with regard to NDSU.
And by the way, who do you have, or have you had since 2003, on the DL that is as good as Frick? I don't think anyone. He's going to be playing on Sundays. He could easily be a top 5 "3" technique in the entire country at any level.
