    Just returned from the meeting with President Chicoine in Yankton. He stated that he had been involved in several conference calls over the last several days. He said there would be an announcement tomorrow and that the news would be another step forward for SDSU. So from the President's mouth it seems to be a done deal. He had a lot of other things to say about the future of SDSU.
