Ok I get it and yeah I agree he has a little resemblance. Its generally not acceptable to attack someones physical appearance on GameDay broadcasts, but rather to poke fun at their actions, habits, etc...
I think the above is fine, but close to the edge. I dont think too many people would get the reference tho.
