I'm still kicking around paying the 7 bucks for the game.
Where is this option available?
Details, perhaps back a few pages and I missed them. I am usually a diet pepsi guy which goes good with Nicks Hamburgers, but I suspect they will be closed by game time.
... How can these establishments consider themselves sports bars if they won't show an SDSU game in "Jacks Country"?
My plan is just to pay to watch on my laptop at my apartment and get Qdoba, which will still be cheaper than pop, food, and a tip at a sports bar.
Excellent question, Jake. So-called "sports bars" in the Sioux Falls area need to catch up to the local D-1 scene and tap into the under-served, D-1 market. Maybe Cubbies should expand to Sioux Falls.
I know Gateway Lounge has the Jacks on when the game is available on ESPN3. So I doubt they will have it this weekend since it is not available on ESPN3, but I know they will have the rest of the games on this year.

SDSU VS ISU a no show on the ESPN3 schedule as of now.

It won't be there. The only way to view it is on https://cyclones.com/watch/ where you can sign up for a 24 hour pass for $6.95. However, I did just discover that Cyclone.tv has a channel on Roku and if you sign up for the 24 hr pass, you can use your login information to view the stream no your roku, which will make viewing the game on a TV much easier and likely have better quality instead of having to hook up a laptop to a TV.
Edit: I went to look at the 24 hr pass, and they now have an option called "IOWA STATE FOOTBALL VS. SOUTH DAKOTA STATE GAME PASS", and it says "Game pass for the Iowa State vs. South Dakota State football game on September 1, 2018. Pass purchase will provide access to the game from the time of purchase through game day."
So you can sign up now and have access through the end of the game on Saturday (and have plenty of time to set up the connection through roku if you want).

I wholeheartedly support the southward expansion of the Cubby's empire. I miss that place.
