My answer to your question is in bold above. Tyler was telling us after the second Marshall TD, that Clint Brown was worried about JMU having a spread offense which gets our defense to commit to miss. Also this spread is similar to what USD used, so its not like they had not seen this before, this was a bucket of eggs laid in the Virginia.
