Right after the targeting penalty, Jacks' offense sputters and goes nowhere. Jacks have to punt.

Looks like some contact on the 3rd down play. No penalty called.

Oh yeah, that was straight helmet to helmet on Genant. I've never seen targeting on the lineman though.
