This is actually the correct call. Kneeling it 3 times only burns 2:00 off the clock. There was 2:18 to play when the Jacks had possession.

Because they did this ... USD MAY have 10 seconds left at the end ... if the Jacks don't commit any mistakes.

Plus the time for the punt to get kicked. Anytime you lose that many yards is not the best play.

Right, losing so many yards was not smart IMO. Now Christion loses 10 more .... A bad punt could punt USD in FG range really.
