Don't forget the DE's running themselves too deep out of the play rather than setting a edge. We were essentially left with 2 DT's and then the entire back 7 way downfield.

This was a discussion when Mike Zimmer instituted new scheme while Jared Allen was still a Vikes' DE (and one reason why lack of sacks by Jacks' DEs wasn't a primary concern for me a couple weeks ago). Sometimes, they have to sacrifice sack numbers to establish that perimeter. Was curious if that was case against 'guins.
