We just need to survive this game. All the talk about how Villanova was going to feel the wrath of our offense looks to be way off base.

Honestly, though. Villanova's defense isn't that remarkable. This is just bad coaching that destroyed the team's momentum and confidence in the first half.

Doesn't help when he goes down if someone is within sneezing distance...

I'm perfectly fine with TC trying to avoid hits. He's a qb, he doesn't need to be lowering his shoulder.

There's a difference between lowering your shoulder and absolutely bailing out on designed run plays...

Wait, illegal substitution penalty called on VU. Now they will punt from the 34 yard line.

Jacks are getting very lucky so far in this half ....

Clearly VU has put more pressure on him in this half, thanks to the return of their stud DE. Which again begs the question: Why weren't we throwing it when that guy missed all but ONE play of the first half?

I would say him going down early on runs isn't part of his struggles even a little.
