Didn't look like targeting to me. And no replay showed the ball clearly. The bad call was the original call as an incomplete.

To be clear, didn't think there was targeting. Thought there was no way the ball hit the ground, but a moot point now.

That's the point. The one camera guy missed the end of the play, and there's no camera on the far side.
