Took a peak at Zimmer's periscope video of the O-line. So good to see Carr back out there, he's such a big dude, going to help a lot this year.

It's seems several of the preferred walk-on's from 2015 have moved on. It's a big committment when your getting no scholarship and playing time seems a long shot.

Some just know that's where they want to be and can actually get the playing time. One example is will castle. Pretty sure we were his highest offer but was a walk on to start. But he knew he could play at this level.

In high school Hale made a 53, 51, two 49, two 47 and a 45 yarder out of his 11 field goals made his Senior year.

Zimmer had some good notes yesterday from Tuesday's practice. Interesting and exciting that our freshman class will again contribute this year. I'm excited to see what Elijah Wilson brings to the table along with the young CB's. I also hope that one of the young WR's steps up and gives us a consistent threat opposite of Jake (I know we have Dallas also).

Sam Zenner has left the team. Gottlieb out for several games due to injury. Initially they thought he was out for the year with ACL. Disappointing on Zenner.

With Gottlieb out that really hurts our depth hopefully hr be back to 100% by NDSU hopefully Whitsell and Lang can step up. That sucks about Sam was really looking forward to see his speed on the field, I wonder if his knee recovery had a lot to do with it. I wonder how Cromer hurt his knee since 0 contact with QBs

At least at dt we can afford an injury. Still have Langer, Soulek, and Whitsell who are all good. Seems like the Oline, corner, or maybe linebacker is where we gotta watch out
