On the last play of the half, we went offsides, so they had a free play. Completed a pass down to the 15, but time was expired. They could have taken the penalty and had an untimed down and went for a hail mary, but they elect to decline the penalty and end the half. Odd.

I don't think WIU coach felt the QB could throw it far enough to get it to the endzone with the wind in his face, and therefore the odds were in favor of pass being a disaster rather than a success.
