NDSU gets another SD kid to verbally commit. Lincoln Gibbs from Langford, SD. Looks like this one might have in the bag since the kid was in diapers though based on the pics from his Twitter post:

No idea on if we were pursuing him or not. I don't see him on any of our lists.

I believe UND was only other FCS offer, he did visits to uNi, SdSU, USD though.
