This looks like Men vs. Boys on both sides of the ball. I don't know what you can take from this game. Forget and move try to move forward.

4th and 1 for SDSU. Lujan can't hit Schneider. Threw it behind him.

Redbirds will take over at their own 15.

Just throw in the towel already, i think that mathematically we did that when we kicked the field goal that far down in the first half it was do or die at that point already IMO and in typical fashion we accepted defeat with the FG. and don't give me the take the 3 pts crap because I'm not listening to it today. DON'T EVEN BOTHER. FG's win in close games, this was not that by any means.

Maybe we aren't as good as we thought we were. Maybe this will jump start the team going forward. Trying to find anything positive to spin it. Other years we had slow starts and finished strong. Maybe this year we hit the bump in the middle of the year and still finish strong.

45 is the most points the Jacks have ever allowed in a Missouri Valley Football Conference game. And ISU-R did it in 32 minutes.

Great response so far by the Jacks.

Coprich into the endzone again, TD ISU. The drive took 2:08.

    45-3.

No adjustment at half. Same fast start for ISU.

    Ugh!

ISU moving down the field easily again.

Roberson completes to Neblett all the way down to the SDSU 22.

It all went wrong in that half may be the understatement of the season. ISU is a tough win for sure but I'm not willing to give them that much yet. I hope we come out and play Jackrabbit football in the second half and see what happens. They may be that good. Right now, I think we just made them look that good.

    Shell shocked!

Play the starters for a couple series and then get ready for next week. Just a shocking half of ball. Turnovers are unpredictable and are killers but the team effort and poor game plan or lack of execution is emberassing. Just not like a Stig SDSU team.

Stig more or less says no adjustments for second half. Huh? Well, then I'd say keep it in bounds and let the clock run.

Time to see who really wants to play. Turn Hassell and some of the younger players loose. Can't be any worse than that dumpster fire of a 1st half.

Weak opponent 2wks ago, then bye wk. Sure didn't help prepare us for this game. No excuses though, we played terribly, even with rusty starters healthy and playing.
