    Metatarsals. They are the long bones in the foot that connect the tarsal bones (heel) to the phalanges (toes). I heard 2 for those at the game but it sure could be 3. Hard to imagine he can come back from that in time to be affective on the field this season.

        That really sucks for Austin and the team. A non-contact injury. So, you still want turf in the stadium? That injury probably doesn't happen on grass.

                    It's just aggravating (and moreso for him than any of us, I'm sure) that it was an injury that was not even inflicted buy the opposition. He just...tripped?...tired to slide?...twisted something?...I guess I don't really know.

                                It looked like he was trying to go into a slide and stepped awkwardly.
