Hopefully the team can get a good win again and get more guys more expereince early in the season.

It was funny over in section T, was like a group groan when it hit, and then everyone looking around like what the heck...

No doubt UND's offense is very good. I expect we will be able to slow them enough to get the W. Our offense should be in a very good position to put up a ton of points. I wouldn't be surprised if this game is higher-scoring than many wins we've seen in the past.

High scoring game is how i see it playing out. Should be a fun one to watch.

Last shoot-out game into the 40s for both teams that I remember was the SFA game down in TX (09?) BTW if anyone has the broadcast (video) recording of that 2009 game, I want to obtain a copy. Most exciting Jacks game that I've caught.

This game will be won in the trenches unless there is a significant difference in turnovers. This is why the Rabbits will win this game, and comfortably.

UND Offense vs. SDSU Defense
We know they will put up some numbers because they have significant talent at WR with returning players at RB/TE. Their QB has one game of starting experience and they had to replace 3 starters on the line. While the Rabbits have had to fill some holes on the defense, we should be able to cause some turnovers while hoping to reduce the number of big plays.

SDSU Offense vs. UND Defense
Huge advantage here! We return most of our dominant offensive linemen while they have to replace all 3 of their starters up front. I'd love to see some 2 TE sets to match up with their 3-4 defense and pound out a run game that should show a big advantage in time of possession. Sprinkle some play action pass to Schneider and our TEs and we could open up the game. Their strongest attribute on defense are their defensive backs, but they are on the field to stop the passing game, not spending their time tackling Zenner 5-10 yards down field. This could be a good time to mix in some carries to Gandy/Paris and really wear them out in the 2nd half.

If we protect the ball and take their home crowd out of the game, I can see us winning 38-20.

perhaps you can gain some insight to their football team through their fans banter for those so inclined to read through it(CLEARLY NOT FOR EVERYONE...LOL)Keep in mind this is against a probably not so good Valpo team.

This game is shaping up to be quite the game,with past rivalry elements,conference bragging rights,both teams legit good football programs etc...should be an intense ,action packed game,highly entertaining.Looking at some of the pre-game interviews with players,they're definately looking for the pubplicity aquired through an upset,they want to use this game to gain national attention for their football program.We won't allow this to happen.

if you get into a scoring shoot out the undies win, here is what I see


SDSU has a way better D than they have played against and a power running Game they are not used to

SDSU gives up a couple quick bombs, adjusts and gets a pass rush, also something the fluffy doesn't have, takes the pass away, in turn Zenner establishes the run and SDSU walks out with a 27-14 win

I think we blow them out. Zenner drops 200 and doesn't see the field in the 4th.

trust me I want nothing more than this scenario!


but they do have some very talented WR's, that's why if you guys pressure and force the run blowout, if they can pass whole different ball game
