I had been expecting next year's game to disappear from our schedule. Perhaps we don't have a better schedule option. Maybe Tarleton will add a trip to Brookings in the near future.

I looked at next year's Future Football Scedules. On the Jackrabbits schedule, the Montana State schedule, and the Drake schedule we are listed for September 6,2025 to have a home game against Drake AND a game on the road at Bozeman. Does anyone know what is really scheduled?Finding is never about seeking. It is about opening yourself to what is already there. - Henry Meloux

Assuming Tarleton doesn’t back out again, next years OOC will be very good. Montana State is self-explanatory. Tarleton is 5-1 and ranked #13 and have been improving each year since moving up, so that’ll be a good one. Drake will be like it always is, but at least they’re one of the top Pioneer teams.
I am interested to see who we fill in for that final game. Pretty sure 2025 is another 12 game season for the FCS. I’d expect we throw another D2 team on there (hopefully a local one), but another intriguing option would be UT-Rio Grande Valley who will be in their first season as a program and still doesn’t have a schedule listed.
