The season ticket renewal offering has been extended to April 22.

I saw that and was wondering why the extension? Of course I am hoping it is a positive reason such as there is a lot of interest and ticket office staff needs more time to work with perspective new season ticket buyers. When I talked to the ticket office about renewal of our season tickets I asked if there was any chagne in season ticket sales or renewals and he said that both renewals and sales were strong.

Also am I crazy or did I see recently that SDSU is now over 8000 season ticket holders for football?

I was having the exact problem you described. AXS worked flawlessly last year. Not so much this year.

Uninstalling and then reinstalling when I wasn't connected to wifi resolved it for me

The AXS app is finicky.

It has limited functionality if you connect via wifi. For instance, I could see the tickets were loaded in the app, but they were not shown in the "Ticket" section of the app.

AXS support indicated that they had an update in October that rendered portions of the app relatively useless if it was installed when connected via wifi OR if a person was connected to wifi when attempting to access the tickets.
