I remember watching him in the state championship game this year and thinking that he reminded me a lot of Brock Gentile

Re: 2013 Recruiting List
It is interesting how out of state/region recruits often get offers before in-state/region recruits do. It is not just an SDSU thing either, it happens at Nebraska too.
While I'm excited to have an offer out to Matt Brindley from Tucson, I would think Gerry would be in the same class of athlete that would warrant an offer. To date, USD is the only school to have an offer out on Gerry. I can see when (and if) offers roll in from Big Ten schools it will be difficult to follow suit and make an offer. Nagy seemed to take a more agressive approach in offering area underclassmen early in hopes of staving off offers from the big-time programs. We don't see that happen in football like we do in basketball.

This kid can snap the ball. Something we have not had for the past few years. Sign him now. Except he is too small to take over the regular snaps at center.Last edited by Nidaros; 03-03-2012, 01:19 PM.

Re: 2013 Recruiting List
Yes the young man who took second is him in the long snap competition in Florida. He has done very well in several contests. The link below is also him.
