With the game on TV (KDLT) and on the state-wide radio led by Tyler M on WNAX, the message board may be relatively quiet today. This is a huge game in that both teams need this win. The Bears will have a homecoming crowd. Jacks are still the developing team with great potential if just a few adjustments are made. Kickoff is 3:00 Eastern, 2:00 Brookings / Cubbys time.

It's about pride now. Hopefully the leaders have enough to keep everyone focused on finishing out right."The purpose of life is not to be happy - but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all."

Re: MO State GDT
We received the kickoff and had a great drive down to the 3 or 4 -- MSU's defense solidifies and we kick a field goal. 3-0.
TV announcers guesstimate the crowd to be about 15,000. It's homecoming but they were pretty quiet on the opening drive.

Re: MO State GDT
Oh hey, we can't score inside the 10 again. Didn't see the first down play, but we ran for nothing up the middle on second down and threw it out of bounds on a failed fade on 3rd down. The exact same plays we ran on the first drive last week. Someone call different plays, please.Originally posted by JackFan96Well, I don't get to sit in Mom's basement and watch sports all day

Re: MO State GDT
We get in the 5 yard line still can't get a td. And then kick the ball out of bounds around the 45 yard line. Just wow."The most rewarding things you do in life, are often the ones that look like they cannot be done.” Arnold Palmer

Re: MO State GDT
After gaining some momentum on the opening drive with points, the coaching staff calls a pop up kick on the ensuing drive? With a struggling defense all year, why even take the chance of giving the Bears a short field?I hope this offseason the entire coaching staff, from top to bottom, is evaluated very closely. The playcalling and schemes have been terrible for the past two years.-South Dakotan by birth, a Jackrabbit by choice.

Re: MO State GDT
We are not very good.
Inside the 10. We have run roll outs before for TD."The most rewarding things you do in life, are often the ones that look like they cannot be done.” Arnold Palmer
