First SDSU D-1 All-American in Cross Country since (Australian) Garry Bentley in 1974 (the best DII runners advanced to the DI meet in those days).

Lusignan is on the BIG STAGE in running now. And it appears he's going to just keep getting better.

Ha. Winter is here in Colorado. I don't run anymore when it is below 30 degrees.

It is colder in Eastern SD than in Denver, buddy. It's 32 in Denver, 9 in Watertown. I dragged my tired bones out of bed and did 30 minutes hard (indoors, Nordic Track, TV on, wife running on treadmill). What's your excuse!
