Bill Stitz in All Star Game
Bill Stitz will be appearing in his summer team's All Star Game tomorrow evening. The game will be televised on FOX Sports West (Pacific?). Gametime is 9:00 pm CDT. Check it out and congrats Billy!

Stitz struck out in the top of 9th...but reached on a wild pitch (and eventually scored).

The league commissioner split the selected players into to two teams in an attempt to make them even. Each pitcher could only pitch 1 full inning. Ended up 12-2 I think, with Stitz' side winning. Two pitchers on the other side did not have good nights.
Stitz struck out on a check swing that took a strange bounce off the dirt. He stopped and waited to see if the ump said he went around, and then still beat the throw to first.
