New Section (and some changes)

Based on the expressed demand, I've created the Baseball section here.

I also moved Smack out of the South Dakota State category (smack doesn't necessarily concern SDSU, after all) and changed around the order of a few things.

You'll be able to figure it out, I'm sure.
