I know SDSU is facing everyone's ACE when Layne is pitching but at some point you would think they could score a few runs for him. Lost again today 1-0. Unreal.

Agree...Layne has pitched beautifully, but so far hasn't had run production to help him out. And BTW, I doubt "Bob Wood" reads this fan board, and I have thanked him personally (father of pitcher Blake Fiedelman), but I have really enjoyed listening to the away games he has provided...it beats the heck out of watching Live Stats.

Thanks, Roy!! I'm looking forward to the apres ear muff & mitten portion of the season. Looks like warmer weather is on the way . . . and won't it feel good when it gets here!!

By the way . . . the Earthquake (aka: Earthquake Blake Fiedelman) made his first appearance in Overland Park - born on 159th & Quivira!!
