Just noticed Jacks' pitchers have been on a roll as of late, giving up 31 runs their last 10 games coming into today. Were they expected to pitch this well?

Re: Jacks' pitching
It's a little bit of a surprise, but there are some good young arms growing up as the season goes on. Stephen Bougher (JR) has definatly been the leader of the staff. Adam Bray (Freshman) is pitching to an ERA around 3.5. Which is exceptional for a Freshman. He should be real good with more experience. The team ERA has dropped about two runs per game during this streak, but still stands north of 5.5. There is still work to do.
This weekend will be a big test for the squad. NDSU might be the class of the Summit League this year. Should be interesting to see how the team responds to this challenge. Go Rabbits!

Re: Jacks' pitching
I'll note the Lane Somsen is pitching pretty good too. His last outing against Iowa he only gave up 1 earn run and struck out 9 in 6 innings of work.
If he cleans up his control a little, he could be really dangerous during conference play.If you think nobody cares about you, try missing a couple of payments.
